How to Claim Prizes

Prize winners must present their winning lottery tickets along with valid identification at authorized Government Lottery Office (GLO) branches or designated banks. For prizes under 20,000 baht, winners can claim at any authorized lottery vendor or nearby bank branch, while prizes of 20,000 baht and above must be claimed directly at the GLO headquarters in Bangkok or designated provincial branches. Winners have 2 years from the draw date to claim their prizes, after which the right to claim expires.

When claiming larger prizes (100,000 baht and above), winners should contact the GLO in advance and may need to complete additional verification procedures. Always verify your lottery results with the official GLO website before claiming, as incorrect information from unofficial sources may lead to disappointment.

Required Documents for Prize Claims:

• Original winning lottery ticket (in good condition with barcode intact)
• Valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport)
• Bank account details for direct deposit (for larger prizes)

Note that prizes are subject to applicable taxes according to Thai law, which will be deducted at source before payment.
